Ward Churchill: A Multi-Faceted Fraud
Ward Chrurchill, now infamous for referring to 9/11 victims as deserving "little Eichmanns", is not only an intellectual fraud who falsely claims to be an American Indian, he's also a visual arts plagiarist.
What an idiot, read how he reacts to reporters with a video camera confronting him. Just like a caught little scammer on the CBS NY news bit "Shame On You!"

KCNC reporter Raj Chohan took a cameraman to Churchill's office Thursday to confront him with the revelation and received an angry response.
"Get that camera out of my face," Churchill said.
Chohan followed the professor down the hallway to his office, trying to show him Mails' piece and asking to explain why it "looks like you ripped it off."
That prompted Churchill to take a swing at Chohan.
The reporter said: "Sir, that's assault, you can't do that. Can I ask you about this? It looks like you copied it."
Churchill: "I was just grabbed by the arm. And that [camera] gets out of my face."
Chohan: "Sir, we're allowed to take these pictures, this is a public space."
Churchill: "You're not allowed to grab me by the arm."
Chohan: "He didn't touch you sir, we've got it all on tape. Sir, this is called Winter Attack. It's a serigraph by you. It looks like it was copied from Thomas Mails artwork. Can we talk to you about that please?"
Churchill came out of his office several minutes later and agreed to talk, acknowledging his artwork is based on the Mails piece...."

Driver's Licences Are A Way To Register Illegal Immigrants!

"DES MOINES — The Iowa Supreme Court ruled Friday that illegal immigrants are not entitled to drivers licenses.
The court rejected an appeal from Polk County District Court brought by two illegal immigrants, identified by the pseudonyms “Juan and Maria Sanchez.” They were joined on the case by two unnamed licensed drivers who said it would be safer for all drivers if illegal immigrants could get licenses."
I don't understand why people don't want immigrants to be registered. Isn't that one of the problems with illegal immigrants? We don't know who most of them are, or where they are. They have no official or reliable identification. No listed address.
Most of them that need to drive, will, without a license. This means they may not be trained well at driving and understanding the traffic laws.
How can anybody want more bad drivers on the road?
People have the right to dislike immigrants, and to want to deny them benefits of citizenship. But how is having a "driver's license" in itself so great? I mean it's so basic to having everything run smoothly, that it should be a given; given the person takes any required classes and passes the written and driving tests, and pays any fees, that they should be given a license to drive an automobile.
The states can and do require all sorts of ID and information about license applicants, so in this way, if immigrants could get licenses then many illegal immigrants would apply for a license, and register, and have to give their addresses. And thus, if they needed to be picked up for criminal or terrorist questioning or to be deported, they could more reliably be found.
Their licenses could be marked, like with a Scarlet "II" for Illegal Immigrant, or use a code word like "Provisional Driver" or "Guest Driver" or something.
Immigrant drivers that violate traffic laws can be more reliably dealt with, at least the LAW would be pretty sure who they are.
Hopefully other state courts will not follow Iowa's.

Saudi Religious Police Hate Love & Roses

Happy Family Reunion Brings Happy Ending

High-Rise Fire Seen In Dream!
Here's a first for me: I had a dream last night where I was on a boardwalk by the ocean and a little high-rise building by the beach was on fire. All this black smoke was pouring out onto an apartment's terrace and up into the sky. So then when I get up, I hit the Drudge as usual and find out that the BIGGEST fire in Madrid's history struck the 32-story Windsor Hotel and office towers Saturday night about 11.20pm Madrid time.
I know I didn't see any news or stuff on the Net about this last night.

Gang of Peace Loving, Anti-War Bush Haters Stomp Fallen Protest Warrior
Yup, at the Inaugural parade in D.C. a huge gang of peace loving, anti-war, Bush hating anarchists kick and punch a fallen Protest Warrior.
Check out these Protest Warriors, they have some great slogans, like: "SAY NO TO WAR! Unless a Denocrat is President...", and "Saddam Only Kills His Own People. IT'S NONE OF OUR BUSINESS!", and many, many other gems that have the ability to inspire extreme acts of Moon Battyness.
Their Mission statement quotes John Stuart Mill:
"War is an ugly thing but not the ugliest of things; the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feelings which thinks that nothing is worth war is much worse. A man who has nothing for which he is willing to fight, nothing which is more important than his own personal safety, is a miserable creature and has no chance of being free unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself."
Apparently the extreme Left only wants Free Speech for themselves and for those that agree with them. They obviously "...CAN'T HANDLE THE TRUTH!"
Apparently only 13 Warriors were able to show up that day to defend the President and mock the hypocrisies many find in the "arguments" of the Left. Even so, hundreds of Loony Lefties felt somehow deeply threatened (to have to think for a change) by this small group who peacefully, simply held signs that made fun of, and sarcastically shot to pieces much of their phony and simplistic rhetoric.
Over at the Washington Dispatch, this cowardly "journalist" blames the victims and seems to feel it's quite alright for a gang of thugs to kick and stomp one man on the ground who didn't lift a finger against them. But he did challenge their "beliefs", and he was in their vicinity, and for that he must be punished.
The truth hurts, in more ways than one.
The Moonbats of the Left won't debate intellectually, they only shriek, and they only want to hear themselves.
If they were in charge, we would all be in much worse danger than we are today.
One of my favorite PW slogans is: "SOCIALISTS AGAINST THE PATRIOT ACT * Trust us - if we're in charge, you don't want a Patriot Act".
Here's a slogan of mine that they're welcome to adopt: We can't overthrow all psychotic dictators, so let's not overthrow any!

What a surprise! The FAA are a bunch of idiots and negligent fools!
The New York Times breaks wide open with the news that the 9/11 Report belatedly mentions that the FAA had many warnings about Islamofascist terrorists' plans to hijack airplanes and crash them into major landmarks, most likely, U.S. ones.
Unfortunately, in these warnings there were no names, dates, addresses, maps, phone numbers or itineraries, so the FAA just must have figured they were joking, or that the threat would go away if they focused instead on how to make airline travel more enjoyable, efficient, and profitable.
